MEMORY VERSE : James 1:12 Blessed is the man that endureth temptation:for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him.

BACKGROUND : 1 Corinthians 10:13
There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man:but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it. We thank God because by His grace we can always overcome temptations when it comes, when enemy of our soul want us to deny or doubt our Saviour just like Jesus overcome him we too can!

VICE THROUGH TEMPTATION : Hebrews 12:1
1 Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us.
Many of us have great qualities that we know and people know of us but there may be some vices; one or more vices in our life that we know but others may or may not know about it. (Dark side so called) but Christ has come to give us new life so that there will be no dark side as a child of God. From the bible we see examples of men who had vices but repented and was later used of God and some who refused to repent which resulted in their death or end of their ministry ; Peter,(impetuous), Jacob(lied), Moses(Anger) Samson(immoral )

VICTIM BY YIELDING : Psalms 119:9 ; 1 Peter 5:8 ;When we yield to temptation we become a victim to sin. As long as we allow sin to reign in our life satan has upper hand.
Those who never regard the Word of God are an easy prey to the enemy of souls. If we do not allow Christ, His word and prayer to be preeminence in our lives we become a victim, the devil has power to victimized us, demoralized us and load us with regret and guilt. We become fakers!
Matthew 26:41 Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation:the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.

VICTORS THROUGH CHRIST : 1 Corinthians 15:57; 2 Corinthians 2:14; 1 John 5:4-5
We are victors through Christ as a child of God, we have Jesus as our captain, enemy can not control our life or victimized us if we truly surrender to Him. The bible says we overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of our testimony. Our profession is very critical to our
Victory. We profess what we belief, our faith and confidence in God. Everything we need for our victory is package in Christ. Colossians 2:10 And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:
